Steps to disable the "Accessibility Service" menu in case you're unable to access krungsri app​

krungsri app can detect unauthorized or suspicious applications to mitigate potential fraud risks. If such apps are found, you will receive a warning message, and access will be restricted. To ensure your security, we recommend that users download and install applications only through official stores, such as the App Store, Google Play, and Huawei AppGallery.
When you receive a warning message, uninstall any applications that were not installed from official stores. If the problem persists, follow the steps to disable the "Accessibility Service" menu as described below:​
Samsung : Go to Settings > Accessibility > Installed apps > check and turn off those that are running.​
OPPO : Go to Settings > System Settings/Additional Settings > Accessibility > Check installed apps and turn off those that are running.
Vivo : Go to Settings > Shortcuts & accessibility > Accessibility > Check installed apps and turn off those that are running.​
Huawei : Go to Settings > Smart Assistance > Accessibility > Check installed apps and turn off those that are running.​​
Realme : Go to Settings > Additional Settings > Accessibility > Check installed apps and turn off those that are running.​
Xiaomi / Redmi : Go to Settings > Additional Settings > Accessibility > Check installed apps and turn off those that are running.​​
We recommend updating krungsri app to the latest version regularly to ensure the highest level of security.​
