Krungsri app makes it easy for all Krungsri customers, including Krungsri Credit Card holders, Krungsri First Choice cardholders, and Krungsri Auto loan customers, to handle bills online. Just download, open an account, and start paying your bills instantly.

How to pay bill

Step 1

Select “Pay Bill”

Step 2

Select your bill category

Step 3

Select the biller for payment

Step 4

Enter bill details

Step 5

Press “NEXT”

Step 6

Confirm the payment

Making Payments for Krungsri Auto Loans

Go to "Accounts"
Select the desired auto loan account.
The system will display details of the loan and outstanding payment
Press "Payment"
Select "Krungsri Auto (Installment)"
Specify the amount you want to pay and press "Next"
In this step, you can set the schedule of recurring payment to save you from missing the loan payment by selecting Schedule > Recurring > Monthly > Start > End > Save
By doing so, the system will automatically make the installment payment regularly every month.
Verify the transaction details and press "Confirm"
Enter your PIN
Payment successful

Paying for Krungsri iFIN Loans

Go to "Accounts"
Select the personal loan account as desired
The system will display details of the loan and outstanding payment
Press "Payment"

In case of paying with your savings account via krungsri app, please select "Payment by Account" and proceed the transaction according to the process of krungsri app.
In case of scanning a barcode to pay at a payment counter, please select "Payment by Barcode" and present the barcode at any branch of Counter Services, Tesco Lotus or Thailand Post to proceed the transaction.

Bill Alert

Bill Alert is a service that ensures you never miss a bill payment by sending timely reminders. Available to users who have registered their PromptPay ID on krungsri app and activated the service with participating billers, it provides a seamless and convenient way to stay on top of your payments.

How to enable/disable "Bill Alert" in the "Settings" menu

Select “More”

Go to "Settings"

Step 3

Select "Application"

Step 4

Select "Bill Alert"

Step 5

Press "Activate Bill Alert Service" to enable/disable the function

Step 6

Press "OK"

How to make a payment via "Bill Alert" when receiving a notification on your mobile phone

Step 1

Press the notification from your mobile phone home screen

Step 2

You will be directed you to krungsri app

Step 3

Review the information and press "NEXT" in order to pay the full amount or specific amount

Step 4

Press "CONFIRM"

Step 5

Bill payment is successful
