The e-Statement service allows you to request a record of your savings and current account transactions via krungsri app. You will receive the statement in PDF format sent directly to your registered email.

Requests can only be made for savings and current accounts.
You can request statements for up to 12 months in the past.
A maximum of 3 requests per day per account is allowed.
Statements cannot be requested for transactions occurring on the same day the request is made.
For newly registered accounts or accounts recently added to krungsri app, statement requests will only be available starting the following day.

Go to "Accounts" in krungsri app
Select the account you wish to request a transaction statement
Choose "Request Statement"
Specify the details of the statement you require and click "SUBMIT REQUEST"
Once the request is submitted, the system will send the statement to your registered email immediately as a PDF file.
