Terms and Conditions for redeeming points

• This privilege is required for an adequate point to redeem and available to join this program only primary credit card holders of the Krungsri Private Banking Credit Card.
• The privilege is valid from 1 January 2024 – 31 December 2024.
• Minimum Spending at least 1,000 THB/Sales Slip and Maximum 50,000 THB/Sales Slip.
• Point redemption is from 1,000 points/Primary Card/Day and limited at 50,000 points/Primary Card/Day at all Central’s branches, All Robinson’s branches, The Mall lifestyle, all The Mall’s branches, Emporium, Emquartier, Paragon and Bluport.
• Credit points shall be deducted automatically from your account when redeeming points equal to spending amount at all participating department stores.
• Once you have already redeemed points at the store, you cannot change or exchange or even assign the discount to any person’s ownership.
• This privilege program is unable to share with the other company’s promotions which have launched at same duration.
• Once the redemption is completed, there is non-cancellable in any case.
• The company reserves the right to propose the discount only for the valid memberships who have good background bill payment until the date of receiving the discount. The spending amount through the credit card ‘s program joining shall only arise on the specified date but not including interests, fines, other fees, the amount of void spending, the spending amount of returned goods thereafter, the spending amount of supplementary credit card which is bill payment collected from a primary credit card account.
• Excluding the following expenses: alcohol drinks, cigarette, telephone card, all prepaid card, voucher, gift voucher, e-voucher, rental stores, non-participating products of each department store and EPP Krungsri Consumer Installment Plan.
• For Central all branches and Robinson all branch, exclude rental stores, supermarket, convenience stores, Tops, Powerbuy, Supersport, B2S, Office mate, Homework, BnB, Thai watsadu, Mark and Spenser, Muji, Central App, and www.central.co.th, Chat&Shop, Call&Shop, Facebook Live Central Department Store, Facebook Live Robinson.
• For The Mall lifestyle, The Mall all branches, Emporium, Emquartier, Paragon and Bluport, exclude rental stores, supermarket, convenience stores, Gourmet market and home fresh mart, Power Mall, monline.com, Chat & Shop, Call to order, Live Personal Shopper.
• The cardholders should keep the evidence of the privilege program participation and sales slip for future reference.
• The other conditions depend on each service provider’s specification. The Company has no association with the products and services. For any queries, please contact each provider directly.
