24-hour Roadside Assistance
Roadside assistance service provided 24 hours a day by expert technicians. In the event of vehicular breakdown while driving, keys locked inside the car, etc. It is like always having a friend on the road, allowing members to drive with peace of mind at all times. In the event that a problem cannot be resolved at the scene of the accident, car towing service will be provided to the nearest appropriate repair shop.

- The services are reserved for KRUNGSRI PRIVATE BANKING Credit Cardholders (primary card) whose memberships remain valid.
- PRIVATE BANKING Roadside Assistance & Towing service nationwide coverage in Thailand.
- PRIVATE BANKING Roadside Assistance & Towing service are not included road accidents.
- The company reserves the right to be responsible for towing expenses at 1,500 Baht per time, or equivalent to the first 20 kilometers and limited to 1 time per calendar year. Members will be responsible for any additional expenses that may occur.
