Terms and Conditions
- These privileges are reserved for KRUNGSRI PRIVATE BANKING customers, and non-transferable or non-exchangeable to others.
- These privileges are for KRUNGSRI PRIVATE BANKING customers who have average deposits and investments over the past 6 months in the amount of 10 million Baht or more. The total investment amount will be calculated from the Bank's financial products as follows: Deposit accounts, Mutual funds invested with participating Fund Management Companies, offered by the Bank, Debentures issued by the Bank and Affiliates, offered by the Bank and Life insurance products, offered by the Bank).
- The calculation of the average AUM of deposits and/or investment in the past 6 months (not calculated the last month of the previous quarter) is as followed:
- Quarter 1/2024: The calculation of AUM between June 2023 – November 2023
- Quarter 2/2024: The calculation of AUM between September 2023 – February 2024
- Quarter 3/2024: The calculation of AUM between December 2023 – May 2024
- Quarter 4/2024: The calculation of AUM between March 2024 – August 2024
- In the event of failure to comply with terms and conditions, customer will be responsible for paying all additional charges levied by the partner or health provider.
- The right is reserved for customers who comply with the regulations of each service provider, including verifying the rights of the customers according to the conditions of each service provider before use of the service. If the specified conditions are violated the service provider reserves the right to suspend access to the service.
- The privileges listed on this letter can only be claimed at the specified venue of service, for the days and times specified.
- These privileges cannot be extended or traded for cash or used with other sales promotions or carried forward to future quarters.
- The Bank reserves its right to amend any details or conditions without any prior notice.
- In the case of any dispute , the Bank’s decision is deemed as final.
