  • The Airport Limouine Service is available between Suvarnabhumi or Don Muang airport and pick up point in the area of Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, or Samutprakarn.
  • For any amendments or cancelations, it is compulsory to inform at least 24 hours prior to the pick-up time. If you do not show up as scheduled (No-Show) or refuse service, it will be deemed that the privilege has been completely used.
  • SMS confirmation will be sent after reservation is completed.
  • Airport pick-up arrangement:
    The Airport Limousine Service representative will be waiting at the meeting point (to comply with Airport regulations, the meeting point cannot be changed) as follows:

  • The Airport Limousine Service representative will be on standby for minutes after the flight landsIn case of the Airport Limousine Service representative could not find the customers or unable to reach out to customers with the given contact information, the Company reserves the right to release the car as a noshow and will be deemed that the privilege has been completely usedIf the customer would like Airport Limousine Service representative to wait longer than 120 minutes, additional fee of 500 Baht per hour will be applied, starting from thest minutes onward.
  • Other pick-up arrangement:
    The driver will be on standby for 30 minutes starting from pick-up time. In case the driver could not find the customers or are unable to reach the customers with the given contact information, the Company reserves the right to release the car as a no-show and it will be deemed that the privilege has been completely used. If the customers would like the driver to wait longer than 30 minutes, additional fee of 500 Baht per hour will be applied, starting from 31st minutes onward. In this regard, the Company will not be responsible for any delays or missed flights.
  • In the event the Company is unable to arrange the reserved car, and equivalent car or higher category will be replaced without additional charge.
  • In the event of a force majeure event where the Company is unable to arrange a scheduled pick-up due to unforeseen circumstances such as an accidents/heavy traffic/blocked or detour road/flash flood/terrorist attacks etc., the Company will immediately offer a replacement car and inform customers accordingly. However, if the unforeseen emergency situation is beyond what we could support and offer to customers, the Company reserves the right to cancel the service and will inform customers immediately after assessing the situation.
  • This privilege of Airport Limousine Service is available between Suvarnabhumi or Don Muang airport and pick up point in the area of Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, or Samutprakarn is eligible for KRUNGSRI PRIVATE BANKING credit cardholders (primary card only) with total investment amount in the past 6 months in the amount of 30 million Baht or more. The total investment amount will be calculated from the Bank's financial products as follows: Deposit accounts, Mutual funds invested with participating Fund Management Companies, offered by the Bank, Debentures issued by the Bank and Affiliates, offered by the Bank and Life insurance products, offered by the Bank.
  • The privilege is available from 1 January 2024 – 31 December 2024.
  • The privilege of Airport Limousine Service is available for 2 times/year/primary account of domestic transfer only.
  • The privilege cannot be exchanged/traded/changed in cash and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
  • Other conditions are in accordance with terms of service provider, the Company is not involved in the services. For any queries, please contact the service provider directly.
