Krungsri Auto Payment Debit service simplifies your bill payment as you can choose the auto account debiting for payments of utility, credit card, mobile phone, insurance, etc.

Just open a Krungsri savings or current account and apply for the Krungsri Bill Payment Auto Payment Debit service. Then, say goodbye to waiting in a long line for bill payment or forgetting to pay bills!
How to apply
Krungsri has developed a system to facilitate the Krungsri Auto Payment Debit service application. You can apply for the service either at billers, or Krungsri branches nationwide, or via electronic channels. 

How to apply at a Krungsri branch
  1. Open a savings or current account
  2. Submit the application form or the auto debit consent form with complete information, together with supporting documents as required by each biller. For example,
    • The latest billing statement / invoice
    • Copy of first page of passbook containing account name and number
    • Copy of ID card
  1. Wait for the application result. The commencement of Krungsri Auto Payment Debit can be checked at the biller.

How to Apply Services via Krungsri Electronic Channels
  • Insert  your ATM card and enter PIN Code
  • Select “Apply / Change services”
  • Select “Auto payment debit”
  • Select “Type of bill payment”
  • Select “Company or Product name”
  • Acknowledge agreement and conditions of service
  • Select “Account to be debited”
  • Enter reference number
  • The application procedure is now complete. Keep the slip for further reference
  • Go to www.krungsri.com
  • Press “Sign in”
  • Select “Krungsri Online”
  • Enter Username and password and click “Sign in”
  • Select “Deposit account”, “Payment” and “Apply Autopay”
  • Press “I Agree” to acknowledge terms and conditions on applying service
  • Select “Account to be debited”, “Biller category” and “Biller”
  • Enter payment details (reference number and payment method (minimum / full payment))
  • Press “Submit” to receive OTP Password
  • Verify details and enter the given OTP password. Then, click “Confirm”
  • If you prefer, select “Print” to print the application confirmation for further reference.

  • Wait for message “Press call by the fax machine to receive information via fax”
  • Please select sevices
  • Bank account balance and transaction press 1
  • Enter 10-digit account number; or Krungsri ATM card number; or Krungsri Visa Electron card number; or Krungsri Visa Debit Card number, and press #
  • Enter 4-digit PIN number and press #
  • Press 5 To apply for Auto Payment Debit service
  • Select service provider (1-09)
  • Select service provider
  • Listen terms and conditions
  • Enter reference number and press #
  • Press 2 To confirm
  • Go to KMA Application
  • Press “Login via PIN”
  • Enter “PIN”
  • Select “Apply Autopay Debit”
  • Press “Agree” to acknowledge terms and conditions on applying service
  • Select “Account to be debited”
  • Select “Biller category” and “Biller”
  • Enter billing information (payment details and payment method (minimum amount/ total amount))
  • Press “Next” to verify payment details
  • Press “Confirm” to receive OTP password
  • Enter the given OTP password. Then, click “Confirm”
