“2024 Thailand’s Social Power Brand” award, ranked No. 1 in the banking category. This recognition reaffirms Krungsri’s achievements in leveraging social media with a communication and marketing strategy that continuously and sustainably creates contents that convey the story of “simplicity” that meets the needs and benefits customers, delivering on its brand promise of “Make Life Simple”.

The 2024 Thailand’s Social Power Brand Award was created by BrandAge in collaboration with Mandala AI to survey the results of brand awareness online, using social media data collection and analysis tools, Big Data technology, and AI. It reflects netizens' social media perspectives on brands in 35 survey groups over 1 year from July 2023 to June 2024.
