Bangkok (21 February 2024) – Krungsri (Bank of Ayudhya PCL and its business units), led by Mr. Phonganant Thanattrai, Krungsri Head of Retail and Consumer Banking, announcing the bank’s success in winning three outstanding awards for “Krungsri The COACH” project, delivering comprehensive financial knowledge on digital platform under the concept of “Making Financial Matters Simple”. The three outstanding awards include the “Financial Inclusion Initiative of the Year” from Asian Banking & Finance - Retail Banking Awards 2023, the "Best Brand Experience" from CX Asia Award 2023, and the "Best Distribution" from Qorus Reinvention Awards – APAC 2023. In 2023, the ‘Krungsri The COACH: Can’t Figure It Out? We’ll Answer’ program got a total of 13 million views. Meanwhile, the Krungsri The COACH articles posted on the Bank’s website also received an overwhelming response with more than 2.8 million page views.
