“With our aspiration to become a major ASEAN financial powerhouse, it is very important for Krungsri to be the first call business partner in supporting the sustainable growth of our customers. The strategically located region like the EEC has seen as the growth engine for the Thai industries going forward, Krungsri recently set up the EEC Department to provide customers with a variety of financial services, business information and advisory services. To establish business network and strengthen relationship with major public and private agencies in the three provinces, we have worked closely with the Eastern Economic Corridor Office of Thailand (EECO) to facilitate and support customers in the EEC area. Going forward, the Si Racha office and Rayong office will be the center for Krungsri where both Japanese and Thai officials are available to provide more close communication, services and reach out EEC customers” Mr. Horio added.
