Bangkok (12 July 2023) – Mr. Dan Harsono (8th from left), Krungsri Senior Advisor and Chairman of the Member Council, SHBank Finance Company Limited (SHB Finance), Ms. Duangdao Wongpanitkrit (5th from right), Krungsri Chief Financial Officer, and Mr. Pairote Cheunkrut (3rd from right), Krungsri Chief Strategy Officer together with senior executives recently participated in a ceremony held to celebrate the achievement of acquiring SHB Finance, consumer finance businesses in Vietnam, officially making SHB Finance become a member of Krungsri Group. Honored guests at the ceremony included Ms. Morakot Janemathukorn, Minister and Deputy Chief of Mission, Royal Thai Embassy in Hanoi, and Mr. Do Anh Quan, Vice Director, State Bank of Vietnam. The ceremony event took place in Hanoi, Vietnam.
