Opened the first overseas representative office in Yangon, Myanmar in April, 2015. The role of representative office is to assist and facilitate Thai companies who are interested to explore business opportunities in Myanmar.

According to the terms and conditions of Representative Office Registration Certificate issued by The Central Bank of Myanmar (CBM), The Representative Office may carry on the following activities
- a) Marketing, promotion, negotiation and documentation for business purpose for customers of Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited.
- b) Referring customers of Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited to banks operating in Myanmar.
- c) Monitoring and supervising offshore loans granted by Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited.
