Overview
Krungsri Internet Banking Laos or KIBL is a service channel of the bank to facilitate Bank of Ayudhya Lao Branch’s Corporate Customers for entities who make money transactions by themselves through the internet system. The activities can be done by defining the right of use in Dual Control and it has its security protection in making transactions through the system by OTP confirmation. Besides, there is no fee for registration in using the services.
The system supports 3 currencies as LAK, USD, and THB.
Use in 3 languages: Lao, English, and Thai.
Services in KIBL
- Immediate and previous checking account balance
Enable to check the immediate and previous account balance maximum is 3 months or 90 days from all of the accounts that have been linked with the system of KIBL, and can also save the account balance information as PDF and CSV.
- Transfer money to account in Krungsri
The transferring money of accounts in Krungsri from the source account which has been linked in the system of KIBL as the same currency or the destination account must be the Lao currency only. There is no fee for making transactions. In case of transferring money in account with the same currency can carry out the transactions 24 hours /7 days and can also set schedule one time transfer. In case of transferring in an account by different currency, it can be done within working-hours of the bank from 8:30-14:30 only.
- Transfer money to other accounts within Krungsri’s account and other banks
Enable transferring to other accounts of all the banks in Laos from the source account that has been linked with the system of KIBL in the same currency or destination account must be the Lao currency only, the fee will be calculated as the bank defined (Counter Rate). In case of transferring to other banks with the same or different currency, it can be done within working-hours of the bank from 8:30-14:00 and enable to set schedule one time transfer and in the transferring is unnecessary to attach any documents except the transfer to make payment of phone, water supply, electricity, and tax. These must be attached documents following the regulations of the bank.
- Oversea Transfer (via SWIFT)
Enable to transfer money to oversea from the source account that has been linked with the system KIBL through SWIFT, the fee will be calculated as the bank defined (Counter Rate). It can carry out 24 hours / 7 days and set schedule one time transfer. And it can attach the document to confirm the transfer following regulations of Bank of the Lao PDR has determined.
- Transfer for pay roll within Krungsri’s account
Enable to pay salary for the employees who have the account with Krungsri from the source account that has been linked with the system of KIBL and enable to upload excel file 100 accounts in each time, free of charge for making transactions and it can carry out 24 hours / 7 days and can set schedule one time transfer.
- Transfer Direct Credit within krungsri’s account
Enable to transfer to pay for other accounts within Krungsri bank from the source account that has been linked with the system of KIBL, free of charge for making transactions and it can carry out 24 hours / 7 days and can set schedule one time transfer.
- Transfer money within Krungsri’s account in advance cross currency (offer the service sooner)
Enable to transfer money cross currency in advance without limitation of the transferred amount in making transactions and it can carry out 24 hours / 7 days and it should be only the advance transaction.
The registration documents
- Business Registration Certificate or any Approval Letter to show the entities of the Business Registration Certificate.
- ID or Passport of the committee who has the power as the company’s approval letter
- ID or Passport of the Business Admin as stated in the registration form
- Passbook in case of using the saving account
- Issue a Power of Attorney Letter for someone to do instead, in case of not doing by one’s self.
