The Sustainability Committee (“the Committee”) is established to oversee the overall strategic direction, policies and regulations on Environmental, Social, and Governance (“ESG”) or sustainability as well as Corporate Social Responsibility (“CSR”) of Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited (“the Bank”) and the companies under the Bank’s financial business group (”the Group Companies”). The Committee shall report directly to the Executive Committee.

In addition, the Sustainability Committee meeting should be held at the frequency deemed necessary for the efficient operations but shall not be held less than once a quarter at a scheduled period as deemed appropriate.

The Executive Committee passed a resolution at its meeting no.35/2023 on 18 December 2023 to approve the amendment to Appointment and Charter of the Sustainability Committee by revising the members and reviewing the structure composition of the Sustainability Committee shall be as follows:
