WESTERN UNION - 2024 LOYALTY PROMO (OUTBOUND FROM THAILAND TO PHILIPPINES) 
  1. Information on how to enter and the prices form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  2. The promoter of this Promotion is PHRONG STRATAGILE Co. Ltd 149 Moo 4 Soi Patra Place, Leabklong Thepkanchana Road, Khaerai, Krathumbaen, SamutSakorn 74110 Thailand activities relating to marketing of the Promotion is done by Western Union Singapore Services Pte.Ltd, located in 689 Bhiraj Tower at EmQuartier, Level 30, Sukhumvit Road, Khwaeng Kongton Nuea, Khet Vadhanna, Bangkok (“Promoter”).
  3. Entry is open to all residents of Thailand aged 18 years or above who satisfy the entry requirements outlined in clause 6 below (“Eligible Participants”). Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Western Union® Agents and Sub-agents, and service providers/marketing agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, step-sister or first cousin.
  4. This Promotion commences on 12:01 am (Thailand Time) on 1st July 2024 and ends on 11:59 pm (Thailand time) on 31st Dec 2024 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received after 11:59 pm (Thailand time) on 31 st Dec 2024 (or such later Promotion Period end date) will not be accepted and will be deemed invalid.
  5. All Eligible Participants who, during the Promotion Period, any customer who have transacted with Western Union® Money TransferSM by making a money transfer via Western Union agents as following over-the-counter or ABMT from Thailand to the Philippines terminating to bank account / cash payout and to wallet and with a Money Transfer Control Number (“Qualifying transaction”) during the period will get a chance to win a Philippine Airlines e-gift card (Travel voucher) value 20,000 baht.

  7. The winning senders will be selected by random draw to be held 3 times during the promo period on 13 January 2025 for the major prize at 4pm local time (GMT+7) via Zoom video call together with a Department of Provincial Administration representative present.
  8. This is a randomized drawing for Western Union customers that is not intended to and should not influence any decisions or actions for the benefit of Western Union. The promotion is compliant with all applicable anti-bribery and corruption laws and regulations.
  9. The winning senders will be notified via callout and registered mail.
  10. The PAL e-gift card (Travel voucher) will be sent to the winners’ identified and confirmed e-mail address.
  11. By entering the Promotion eligible Participants understand and acknowledge that communications to fulfill the terms of this promotion will be sent to them.
  12. The Philippine Airlines e-gift (Travel voucher) is not redeemable for cash, and the Eligible Participant(s) shall be responsible for any tax arising on redemption. A third-party provider provides the prizes, subject to their respective terms and conditions as to product warranty. The third-party provider will be responsible for any matters arising from or in connection with the vouchers, services, and/or information they provide in relation to which the Promoter will have no liability whatsoever. Any enquiry or complaint regarding the code, services, and/or information should be directed to such third-party provider. The Promoter will not be held liable to the quality and availability of the e-voucher, services and information provided by the third-party provider, and excludes liability in connection with the Promotion once the winner(s) enjoys any benefit relating to the Promotion of the full extent permitted by law. The Company retains the prerogative to solicit additional documentation for the purpose of validating participation or facilitating prize allocation, upon suspicion or uncertainty.
  13. Dishonest engagement or any attempt to deceive the program shall result in immediate suspension of participation and forfeiture of associated prizes, including retroactive implications upon subsequent discovery. Conditions are subject to modification without prior notification. Participants explicitly grant consent to the Company for the collection, utilization, and disclosure of their names, addresses, contact numbers, and photographs concerning the activity and promotional endeavors of company products without any remuneration. Winners expressly grant the Company permission to collect, utilize, and disseminate photographs, audio, or information disclosed by winners for the purposes of result announcement, publicity, and marketing, without any form of compensation. In the event of disputes, the Company's decision shall be considered final and absolute.
  14. Subject to any applicable laws which cannot be excluded, the Promoter and its related bodies corporate and agents associated with this Promotion shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained by anyone (including, but not limited to, direct or indirect loss, consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Promotion or any prize provided as part of this Promotion.

Acceptance of any prize, benefit and/or offer provided by the Promoter will be deemed as consent by the winner(s) to take part in any related publicity and using their name, likeness, image and/or voice for advertising and other promotional purposes without compensation, except as otherwise prohibited by any applicable law. The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI.   17. The Privacy Statement also contains information about how Eligible Participants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, and how Eligible Participants may complain about a breach of their privacy or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with.   18. To the extent that there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and other marketing materials or collateral produced in relation to this Promotion, these terms and conditions will prevail.
