Bangkok (4 March 2020) – Mrs. Voranuch Dejakaisaya (right), Krungsri Chief Information and Operations Officer, and Mr. Thakorn Piyapan, Chairman of Krungsri Consumer and Krungsri Head of Digital Banking and Innovation, received Best Bank 2020 in Asia/Pacific, from Mr. Michael Araneta (left), Research & Advisory Head of IDC Financial Insights Asia/Pacific, who represented IDC Financial Insights in presenting the award to Krungsri executives.
IDC Financial Insights selected 20 best banks for 2020 by recognizing their achievements in the areas of digital innovation, IT operational efficiency, and core market growth. In this regard, operations of banks in Asia Pacific were surveyed and analyzed, particularly their technology adoption to accelerate business changes in embracing the new financial era.
