Terms & Conditions of KRUNGSRI PRIME privileges

• Please make reservations at least 48 hours before the service via Line : @limousineexpressth or e-mail:  rez@limousinethailand.com 
• Privilege period: Now - 31 Dec 2024
• 2 redemptions / customer/ month
• Please inform the details as following
  1. Kind of service
  2. Date, time and destination
  3. Customer's name and contact number
  4. Redemption code
• Payment method: Pay directly to GB Limousine
• Please make reservations at least 48 hours before the service. To change information or cancel, please inform us at least 24 hours before the service.
• Customers will be mark as no show and will be charged if make a cancellation less than 24 hours
• To request a change in car size, additional luggage, or passengers, please notify us in advance. Customers will incur an extra charge for any changes made. The company reserve the right to provide the service as initially informed and to cancel additional passengers or luggage if not notified in advance.
• For airport drop-off, the driver will wait at the customer's location for 30 minutes from the appointment time. Should the driver wait for 90 minutes, an additional charge of 850 Baht will apply. The company will contact the customer again to confirm the pick-up time and provide information regarding any incurred charges
• Reserve the right to substitute an equivalent car type based on usage at that time
• Reserve the right to provide direct service to the destination without stopping except for force majeure events during the trip. The destination will be adjusted to the designated stop location.
• This service includes gasoline fees, tollway fees, parking fees, and drinking water
• Cannot transfer the rights to others
• No replacement code in case customer delete or lost the code
• This privilege cannot be used with other promotions, forbidden to be sold or used in commerce, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be purches as gift certificate.
• Reserves the rights to make changes to the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
