When accumulated spending amount, deposit and investment reaches specified threshold (from the obtaining of Krungsri Exclusive Status)

  • This privilege is eligible for KRUNGSRI EXCLUSIVE Signature credit cardholders (primary card only) and limited for one round-trip air ticket per calendar year.
  • KRUNGSRI reserves the right to offer KRUNGSRI EXCLUSIVE Privileges to customer who has the investment amount of 10 million Baht or more on the redemption date and has maintained the 6 months average investment amount of 10 million Baht or more (from the obtaining of KRUNGSRI EXCLUSIVE status). The aggregate investment amount will be calculated from financial products of the Bank comprising of deposit products (excluding all products opened/used through Kept Application), mutual funds of management companies that the Bank is selling agent and purchased from the Bank, debentures issued by the Bank and affiliates and purchased them from the Bank and life insurance products purchased from the Bank. Customer can check the balance of his/her investment at KRUNGSRI EXCLUSIVE Call Center Tel. 0 2296 5566 press 2 for English and then press 2 KRUNGSRI EXCLUSIVE Banking Services and Privileges.
  • The privilege is exclusively for KRUNGSRI EXCLUSIVE Signature credit cardholders with accumulated spending equal to 1 million Baht or more on the redemption date, only accrued spending from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024 are valid.
  • The accumulated spending amount will not included the purchase of all types of mutual fund, all type of insurance premium, unit links accrued spending for oil categories, spending incurred at hypermarkets, interests, fines, any fees, the spending that were later cancelled, cash advance, monthly installment payment, utilities bills, and direct debit (monthly/yearly).
  • Air ticket upgrade and the booking period is valid between 1 July 2024 – 31 January 2025. The departure date must be done by 30 June 2025.
  • The privilege for upgrading air ticket is not eligible for the customer who has obtained KRUNGSRI EXCLUSIVE status from purchase of (i) life insurance in the aggregate amount of not less than 500,000 Baht of in calendar year or (ii) Unit-Linked/Single Premium Insurance Products in the amount of not less than 500,000 Baht within the same day.
  • This privilege cannot be transferred or changed or exchanged to cash or any other privilege.
  • This privilege is applicable for the difference of expense from flight upgrade only, not including the air ticket fee, airport tax, insurance, fuel charge and any other expenses.
  • Air tickets must be reserved through KRUNGSRI Travel Service or Cathay Pacific Airlines and paid with KRUNGSRI EXCLUSIVE Signature credit card only.
  • Customers must reserve the air ticket at least 15 days before their departure.
  • KRUNGSRI reserves the right to deny a refund when the air ticket fare has been paid by customers in all cases.
  • Terms and conditions of air tickets are as stipulated by Thai Airways International, Cathay Pacific Airways, Japan Airlines, Swiss International Air Lines, Emirates, LUFTHANSA, Austrian Airlines, Korean Air, and EVA Air.
  • This privilege cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
  • Terms and conditions are as specified by Krungsriayudhya Card Company Limited.
  • KRUNGSRI reserves the rights to change the terms and conditions with advance notification.
  • In case of any dispute, the Bank’s decision shall be final.

Flight Upgrade for Thai Airways International, Japan Airline, Swiss International Air Lines, Emirates, LUFTHANSA, Austrian Airlines, Korean Air, and EVA Air
  • Customers who purchase Economy Class air ticket can upgrade from Economy Class to Royal Silk Class or the customer who purchase Royal Silk Class air ticket can upgrade from Royal Silk Class to Royal First Class.
  • For Thai Airways International upgrade from Economy Class to Royal Silk Class, customers must purchase H/M/B class air ticket to upgrade to Z or J class air ticket. For an upgrade from Royal Silk Class to Royal First Class, customers must purchase J class air ticket to upgrade to F class air ticket.
  • For Japan Airline upgrade from Economy Class to Business Class, customers must purchase M class air ticket to upgrade to I class air ticket.
  • For LUFTHANSA and Austrian Airlines upgrade from Economy Class to Business Class, customers must purchase M class air ticket to upgrade to P class air ticket.
  • For Swiss International Air Lines and EVA Air upgrade from Economy Class to Business Class, customers must purchase M class air ticket to upgrade to D class air ticket.
  • For Korean Air upgrade from Economy Class to Business Class, customers must purchase M class air ticket to upgrade to R class air ticket.
  • For Emirates upgrade from Economy Class to Business Class, customers must purchase an M class air ticket to upgrade to O class air ticket.

Cathay Pacific Airways Flight Upgrade
This privilege allows you to upgrade your air ticket with Cathay Pacific Airways. When you fly in Economy Class, your ticket can be upgraded to Business Class only.
  • For an upgrade from Economy Class to Business Class, customers must purchase K class air ticket to upgrade to P class air ticket.

  • This privilege is only available to members who are a primary credit card holder of the KRUNGSRI EXCLUSIVE Signature Credit Card with Accumulate Spending in line with the required amount within the campaign period.
  • The total spending can be checked at the UCHOOSE application or call center 0 2296 5566

  • This privilege is only available to members who are primary credit card holder of the Krungsri Exclusive Signature Credit Card with accumulate spending in line with the required amount within the campaign period. Limit redemption 1 time/primary account/year.
  • The card members must receive final confirmation regarding eligible spending of total year before redeeming the privileges from call center 02 296 5566 only.
  • The card members could recheck the total spending via UCHOOSE application channel or call center 02 296 5566.

Terms and Conditions for Air Ticket
  • The card members are eligible for one round trip, economy class of Thai Airways/Thai Smile Airways/Japan Airlines/Swiss International Air Lines/LUFTHANSA/Austrian Airlines/ANA/EVA Air. The privilege provides booking class V, W with Thai Airways/Thai Smile Airways/ANA/EVA routes, booking class S with Japan Airlines and booking class T with Swiss International Air Lines/LUFTHANSA/Austrian Airlines.
  • In case there is additional service fees such as class changed which are beyond terms and conditions as specified by Krungsriayudhya Card Company Limited, the card members must pay such additional service fees on their own.
  • The card members who are eligible for the flight ticket in America route shall receive the optional to select the flight ticket in Europe route or Asia route or Thailand’s domestic flight followed by terms and conditions as specified by Krungsriayudhya Card Company Limited.
  • The card members who are eligible for the flight ticket in Europe route shall receive the optional to select the flight ticket in Asia route or Thailand’s domestic flight followed by terms and conditions as specified by Krungsriayudhya Card Company Limited.
  • The card members who are eligible for the flight ticket in Asia Route shall receive the optional to select the flight ticket in Thailand’s domestic flight followed by terms and conditions as specified by Krungsriayudhya Card Company Limited.
  • Conditions for the flight ticket are subject to the terms and conditions of Thai Airways/Thai Smile Airways/Japan Airlines/Swiss International Air Lines/LUFTHANSA/Austrian Airlines/ANA/EVA Air.

Terms and Conditions for Limousine
  • The airport transfer service is available between Suvarnabhumi or Don Muang airport and pick up point in the area of Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathumthani, or Samutprakarn.
  • SMS confirmation will be sent after reservation is completed.
  • Limit maximum 1 round/primary card.
  • Airport pick-up arrangement:
    Silver Voyage Airport Representative will be waiting at designated point as following only;
    Suvarnabhumi Airport:
    At meeting point 2nd floor between gate 3 and 4, arrival hall.
    Don Muang Airport:
    At meeting point of international arrival hall on G Floor gate 5
    At meeting point of domestic arrival hall on G floor gate 11
    The airport representative will be on standby for 120 minutes after the flight landed. if our airport representative could not find the guest/s or unable to reach out to guest/s’ via the given contact information, the airport pick-up car will be released, and it will be considered as no-show and the service will be counted as complete.
    Additional change 500 THB, to guest own account, per hour will be applied if the car is requested to wait for the guest/s, starting from 121st minutes onward.
  • Other pick-up arrangement:
    The driver will be on standby for 30 minutes starting from pick-up time. if the driver could not find the guest/s or unable to reach out to guest/s’ via the given contact information, the pick-up car will be released, and it will be considered as no-show and the service will be counted as complete.
    Additional change 500 THB, to guest own account, per hour will be applied if the car is requested to wait for the guest/s, starting from 31st minutes onward. In this case, Silver Voyage will not respond for any delay or missing the flight.
  • In case Silver Voyage cannot arrange the reserved car. The equivalent car or higher category will be replaced without additional charge.
  • In the event of emergency situation where we cannot offer the requested car of choice on time due to unforeseen circumstances such as accidents / heavy traffic / blocked or detour road / flash flood / terrorist attacks etc., we will immediately offer a replacement car and inform our guests accordingly; However, if the unforeseen emergency situation is beyond what we could support and offer to our guests, we have the right to decline the service and will inform our guest/s in advance.

Terms and Conditions for Airport Services
  • Meet & Greet Service and Buggy Service are available for only inbound passengers and at Suvarnabhumi International Airport. However, if the plane is landed at the Bus Gate, the buggy service will be automatically cancelled, and considered as completed the service usage.
  • The Airport Representative will hold a sign with the name of passengers and wait for the passenger at the concourse when the airplane is landed
  • The Buggy Service (Golf Cart) can accommodate a maximum of 2 passengers per vehicle. Passengers must go through the inspection process of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Office in accordance with the laws of Thailand. However, the service provider is not responsible for any products brought into the Kingdom.

  • The Thai Airways International Royal Silk Lounge at Suvarnabhumi Airport or Royal Silk at domestic airports can be used up to 2 times per calendar year, and worldwide airport lounges via DragonPass can be used up to 4 times per calendar year are for customer who maintains total deposit/investment balance over 30 Million Baht. The customer will be eligible for this privilege within 60 days after the customer has completed the amount of deposit/investment as prescribed by the Bank (the total deposit/investment balance will be calculated from the Bank’s financial products or investments as follows: Deposit accounts, Mutual funds invested with participating Asset Management Companies, offered by the Bank, Debentures issued by the Bank and Affiliates, offered by the Bank and Life insurance products, offered by the Bank).
  • The Thai Airways International Royal Silk Lounge at Suvarnabhumi Airport or Royal Silk at domestic airports can be used up to 2 times per calendar year, and airport lounges via DragonPass can be used up to 2 times per calendar year are for customer who maintains total deposit/investment balance over 5 Million Baht. The customer will be eligible for this privilege within 60 days after the customer has completed the amount of deposit/investment as prescribed by the Bank (the total deposit/investment balance will be calculated from the Bank’s financial products or investments as follows: Deposit accounts, Mutual funds invested with participating Asset Management Companies, offered by the Bank, Debentures issued by the Bank and Affiliates, offered by the Bank and Life insurance products, offered by the Bank).
  • The privilege to access the Royal Silk Lounge can be used at Suvarnabhumi airport concourse A and concourse E, Chiang Mai airport and Phuket airport when flying with Thai Airways.
  • To enjoy the Royal Silk Lounge privilege, the credit card holder must have the same name and last name on credit card and on boarding pass to be able to access the lounge once a trip.
  • The Royal Silk Lounge is reserved for 1 credit cardholder/time only and be transferred to another in all cases.
  • The duration of access to Thai Airways the Royal Silk Lounge is not more than 2.30 hours.
  • Any airline boarding pass can be used with DragonPass to access lounge privilege.
  • The privilege to access worldwide airport lounge privilege via DragonPass, the credit card holder must present DragonPass ID on UCHOOSE application at the time of lounge access along with boarding pass and must have the same name and last name on DragonPass membership and boarding pass. Krungsriayudhya Card Company Limited reserves the right not to issue DragonPass member card in all circumstances, card member can use UCHOOSE application for year 2024 privilege.
  • Worldwide airport lounge via DragonPass is reserved for 1 credit card holder and 1 follower/time only. The access of follower will be deducted from credit card holder’s total accesses for the calendar year.
  • In the case where card member uses the Royal Silk Lounge and DragonPass services without proper qualification to receive such services, such as using Krungsri Exclusive Signature credit card instead of going through DragonPass system or accessing the airport lounge without DragonPass card or without showing DragonPass membership ID on UCHOOSE application, Krungsriayudhya Card Company Limited will compensate the actual lounge fee but not exceeding to 1,000 THB/person (including VAT). However, if the service fee is over than the fee mentioned above, the credit card holder shall be responsible for such difference expenses incurred from using the lounge on their own. Regarding DragonPass services in abroad, Krungsriayudhya Card Company Limited shall compensate the service fee by referring to the exchange rate of Thai baht currency on the date which is paid by Krungsri Exclusive Signature credit card.
  • The credit cardholder shall be responsible for any incidental charges which may occur from lounge usage over limit period or not abide by company’s rules and regulations. Krungsriayudhya Card Company Limited will charge the incidental charges by credit card holder’s Krungsri Exclusive Signature credit card and will be shown in monthly statement.
  • The privilege cannot be transferred or changed or exchanged for cash or any other privilege.

The privilege to make your travelling more exclusive and luxurious with Airport Limousine Service
Airport Limousine Service between Suvarnabhumi or Don Muang Airport and your stay in Bangkok/Nonthaburi/Patumthani/Samutprakarn areas only, exclusive for customers who maintains total deposit/investment balance at least 30 Million Baht.

  • The Airport Limousine Service is available between Suvarnabhumi or Don Muang airport and pick up point in the area of Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Patumthani, or Samutprakarn.
  • For any amendments or cancelations, it is compulsory to inform us at least 24 hours prior to the pick-up time. If you do not show up as scheduled (No-Show) or refuse service, it will be deemed that the privilege has been completely used.
  • SMS confirmation will be sent after reservation is completed.
  • Airport pick-up arrangement:
    The Airport Limousine Service representative will be waiting at the meeting point (to comply with Airport regulations, the meeting point cannot be changed) as follows;
    Suvarnabhumi Airport:
    At meeting point 2nd floor between gate 3 and 4, arrival hall.
    Don Muang Airport:
    At meeting point of international arrival hall on G Floor gate 5
    At meeting point of domestic arrival hall on G floor gate 11
    The Airport Limousine Service representative will be on standby for 120 minutes after the flight landed. In case of the Airport Limousine Service representative could not find the customers or unable to reach out to customers with the given contact information, Krungsriayudhya Card Company Limited reserves the right to release the car as no-show and will be deemed that the privilege has been completely used. If the customer would like Airport Limousine Service waiting longer than 120 minutes, additional fee of 500 Baht per hours will be applied, starting from 121st minutes onward.
  • Other pick-up arrangement:
    The driver will be on standby for 30 minutes starting from pick-up time. In case of the driver could not find the customers or unable to reach out to customers with the given contact information, Krungsriayudhya Card Company Limited reserves the right to release the car as no-show and will be deemed that the privilege has completely used. If the customers would like driver waiting longer than 30 minutes, additional fee of 500 Baht per hour will be applied, starting from 31st minutes onward. In this regards, Krungsriayudhya Card Company Limited will not responsible for any delays or missing the flight.
  • In the event that Krungsriayudhya Card Company Limited is unable to arrange the reserved car. The equivalent car or higher category will be replaced without additional charge.
  • In the event of a force majeure event where Krungsriayudhya Card Company Limited is unable to arrange a scheduled pick-up due to unforeseen circumstances such as an accidents/heavy traffic/blocked or detour road/flash flood/terrorist attacks etc., Krungsriayudhya Card Company Limited will immediately offer a replacement car and inform our customers accordingly. However, if the unforeseen emergency situation is beyond what we could support and offer to our customers, Krungsriayudhya Card Company Limited reserves the right to cancel the service and will inform our customers immediately after assessing the situation.

  • This privilege of Airport Limousine Service is available between Suvarnabhumi or Don Muang airport and pick up point in the area of Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Patumthani, or Samutprakarn is eligible for KRUNGSRI EXCLUSIVE Signature cardholders (primary card only) with deposits and/or investments in the past 6 months average at least 30 Million Baht. The calculation of average AUM of deposits and/or investments in the past 6 months are calculated from the Bank’s financial products as follows; Mutual funds invested with participating Asset Management Companies, offered by the Bank, Debentures issued by the Bank and Affiliates, offered by the Bank and Life Insurance products purchased via the Bank.
  • The privilege is available from 1 Jan 2024 – 31 Dec 2024.
  • The privilege of Airport Limousine Service is available for 2 time/year/primary account of domestic transfer only.
  • This privilege cannot be transferred to others, renewed, exchanged, refunded, converted to cash, carried over to the next year, or can be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
